SERMON OVERVIEW:

A deep church will be committed to the biblical standard of leadership. Having already explained what kind of man must lead the church and what the qualifications are for that man, Paul has one more point about maturity that relates to the work that leadership is required to do: Biblical leaders are responsible for faithfully preaching the truth of Scripture. In this text, Paul gives us six parameters for identifying good teaching.
