SERMON OVERVIEW:

In John 13-16, Jesus is preparing His disciples for His departure. In these chapters, He has told them many wonderful truths about the reality of the new, Spirit-filled life that they would soon know. In John 16:25-33, Jesus concludes this monumental conversation with some final priorities for His followers as they live in Him by the power of the Spirit. These words represent the final, formal theological instructions from Jesus to His disciples.
